Using This Read Me File

To use this Read Me file, select a topic from the Contents menu or use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of this page. To select a specific item within a topic, select Table Of Contents from the Contents menu and double-click on the item of interest in the list.

Moving the scroll bar at the bottom of the page takes you to a new chapter. Moving the scroll bar on the right side of the page takes you to the next page of the topic you are in.
